October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. That means you’ve probably been seeing lots of ads, promotions, etc. all related to getting checked and/or checking yourself regularly for anything out of the ordinary.
It’s super important that women (and men) do this regularly – not just in October and not just when it’s top of mind. The key is early detection, so the better you know your body, the easier you’ll be able to spot something out of the norm. This way, if you are diagnosed, you have much better chances of finding it before it spreads.
Ok, I’m done preaching. Stay healthy beautiful ladies!
